Bulk VIN — Terms of Service & Refund Policy

This information is essential. Review it each time you deposit funds, as it may be amended periodically. By depositing funds or using Bulk VIN, you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy.
1) Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
2) Service Overview and Definitions
- Bulk VIN sells credits redeemable for VIN reports.
- 1 credit = $1 USD.
- A “pricing tier” is the credit price/rate associated with a deposit level as shown in the pricing table on our website at the time of the deposit. We may change the pricing table at any time for future deposits. Pricing changes apply prospectively only and do not retroactively adjust prior deposits. Your pricing may reset to the then-current pricing table when you make a new deposit or when your balance falls below 4 credits; any reset applies going forward only.
3) Deposits, Refunds, and Account Termination
3.1 Deposits are final
All deposits are final once processed. No refunds are offered except as stated below.
3.2 Service permanently unavailable
If the service becomes permanently unavailable, we will refund your unused credit balance to the original payment method where possible.
3.3 Termination and remaining credits
If we terminate your account for Terms of Service violations, remaining credits may be refunded to the original payment method where possible, except in cases involving fraud, chargebacks, or suspected fraud/abuse.
4) Pricing Tiers and Pricing Adjustments (Manual)
4.1 How to qualify for reduced pricing
To qualify for a reduced pricing tier, you must:
- Make one deposit in the full amount specified in the pricing table for that tier (single payment), and
- Email us within 7 days of the deposit to request a pricing-tier adjustment.
If you do not request the adjustment within 7 days, we are not responsible for missed pricing adjustments.
4.2 Manual adjustment timing and when it applies
Pricing-tier changes are not automatic. Once requested, we will typically apply the adjustment within 24 hours. The adjusted rate applies after the adjustment and on your next VIN report order.
4.3 Prospective pricing only (no retroactive repricing)
Pricing changes apply prospectively only and do not retroactively adjust the effective rate or value of prior deposits or credits already added.
4.4 When a pricing tier ends
Your current pricing tier remains in effect until the earlier of:
- Your balance falling below 4 credits, or
- You make a new deposit.
After either event, your pricing will be based on the latest pricing table and any requested/approved tier adjustment for the new deposit.
4.5 Multiple smaller deposits are not allowed to circumvent tiers
Sending multiple smaller deposits instead of one qualifying deposit to obtain or maintain a tier is not allowed. Orders may be cancelled, and repeat offenders may be banned.
4.6 Changes to pricing plans
We may change pricing tiers, plans, and offers at any time for future deposits.
5) Payments and Currency
- For deposits of $1000 USD or higher, we accept Tether (USDT) / USDC only, unless we approve alternative payment methods for trusted long-time users.
- You are responsible for any foreign currency charges, bank fees, or exchange-rate fluctuations. Deposits are charged in USD and may be converted by your provider.
6) Service Availability and Limitations
- The service is provided “as is” and may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Any “number of records” or similar pre-order indicators are estimates and are not guaranteed. If accuracy is important, compare across sources.
7) Free VIN Checks (Fair Use)
- There is no daily limit for purchasing reports.
- Free VIN checks are limited by fair use: up to 10 free checks per 1 purchased report per day (1:10).
- If you exceed this ratio, you may receive a warning. If you do not respond to the warning, your account may be suspended. Repeated misuse may result in account cancellation.
8) Access Outside USA/Canada
Reports are optimized for access within USA/Canada. If you access reports outside this region, you may experience display/access issues. In some cases, using a VPN set to a USA/Canada region may help. Contact us if you need troubleshooting.
9) Errors, Invalid VINs, and Credits
- If a report returns an error or is invalid, we may issue a store credit as the remedy.
- You must verify VIN accuracy before re-submitting the same VIN. VIN validation tool: https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/
- Repeated submission of invalid VINs may result in account termination at our discretion.
10) Report Availability and Downloads
Reports may remain available longer, but we only guarantee access for 7 days after ordering. You are responsible for downloading and safeguarding reports offline. We are not responsible for older reports that have been removed from your account after the guaranteed period.
11) Disputes, Fraud, and Chargebacks
- If you have a complaint or question, contact us before opening a dispute.
- Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraud may result in immediate suspension pending review. If confirmed abuse/fraud is found, you may be permanently banned (including associated identifiers) on Bulk VIN and our resellers/affiliate/associated websites under our control.
12) Amendments
We may amend these Terms periodically. You are responsible for re-reading and accepting them each time you make a deposit. These Terms replace any prior terms we may have provided.
13) Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy applies to how we collect and use personal data. By using Bulk VIN, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy located on our website.
