Terms of Service & Refund Policy

This information is essential. Make sure to read it every time you deposit funds with us as it is amended periodically.

By making a deposit on our website you accept and agree to the Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions stated herein.

Adding credits & Pricing:

All credit deposits are final. No refunds for credits are offered for deposits except that the service becomes permanently unavailable. This is very unlikely as it has been running for nearly a decade. If we terminate your account due to terms of service violations, your remaining credits will be returned in all cases except fraud.
To receive reduced price rates you must make the deposit (payment) specified shown in the pricing table in one payment and in full and then contact us by email so we can adjust the price manually. If you fail to inform of us of the price change we will not be held responsible.
Prices as shown in the pricing table are valid only until your next deposit. If you deposit a lower amount on a future deposit your prices will be readjusted accordingly with no advanced notice.
We reserve the right to change price plans and offers on future deposits. You are guaranteed the current price rate only until your next deposit or until you reach less than 4 credits in your account (whichever comes first).
To remain in the same pricing tier, you must make each new deposit at the same minimum payment amount that originally qualified you for that tier.
Sending multiple smaller deposits (for example, several $99 payments) instead of one qualifying payment does not maintain your pricing tier, and this is not allowed due to current limitations on the total amount that can be received using credit cards.
For Deposits of $1000 or higher we only accept Tether USDT / USDC however, we may decide to accept alternative forms of payment for trusted and long-time users only. Contact us for details.
We are not responsible for any additional foreign currency-related charges or fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. When in doubt, check with your credit card provider if any foreign currency charges apply to this transaction. Funds are charged in USD and converted into our foreign currency account.

Our Guarantee of Service & Limitations:

We do not guarantee that the service will be running 24/7. It may be possible to encounter technical difficulties or the service may go offline temporarily, especially with api server updates that happen every few months and can last several hours. It should be noted we have never had the service offline for more than 24 hours at a time. If the service is offline you are asked to inform us and then wait patiently for the service to be restored.
We no longer have daily limits for purchasing reports. You can purchase as many reports as you want. However we have limits for free VIN record Checks. Your Purchases to Free checks should not exceed 1:10 ratio otherwise this may be deemed as misuse or abuse of free check service resulting in a warning. You can perform 10 free checks for 1 bought report per day. Repeated misuse will result in cancellation of your account.
If you are accessing reports outside of North America you may need to use a VPN service to spoof your location in order for your reports to display correctly.
In the case of an error or invalid report, a store credit will be offered. However, you must check that your VIN number is valid before re-submitting the same VIN number again. Sometimes an invalid VIN number is accepted but shows no reports. If you get an error with a particular VIN, you must validate your VIN number before re-submitting the same VIN with us, using: https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/
If you are submitting invalid VIN numbers repeatedly, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
The reports provided are guaranteed to be genuine from the official USA website. Canadian vehicles are accepted however the format and info contained are the USA versions only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the number of records field shown before ordering a report. When in doubt compare the number of records displayed against other websites.
Download your reports to your computer from the Histories tab within 7 days of ordering. After 7 days the reports may be taken offline. Reports are not stored long-term on our server and the customer is responsible to save them to their computer. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Troubleshooting

Free Report Check Spinning – Reasons and Fixes

If a free VIN check spins continuously or fails to complete, it may be caused by one or more of the following:

Invalid VINs (e.g., typos or using the letter O instead of the number 0)
Motorcycles or antique vehicles with no or very few records
Server overload or temporary downtime — if this occurs, please wait about 20 minutes before retrying
Vehicles older than ~20 years, or any vehicle with little or no available data

In these cases, try testing with a different VIN. If other VINs work correctly, it confirms the issue is VIN-related rather than a system outage and we ask you to stop trying to recheck it.

Disputes:

Payment disputes or suspected fraud will result in a permanent ban of your email address, IP address, credit card or payment account on bulkvin.com and also on all of our resellers, affiliate and associated websites.
If you have a question or complaint do not open a payment dispute for customer service purposes.

Amending our Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to amend our terms of service periodically. You are responsible for re-reading and accepting it every time you make a new deposit.
These Terms and Conditions replace any other terms and conditions that we may have provided to you previously.
